• Airport transfers and a defined number of nights in a coordinated recovery accommodation
• Nutritional guidance during the stay

Commonly not included

• Airfare and travel insurance
• Medical costs incurred outside the program (e.g., pre-travel evaluations at home)

• Costs of managing complications, if they occur
