Every educational page on GLPSurgery.com is reviewed by a named clinician before publication and re-reviewed on a scheduled cadence.

Reviewer selection

Reviewers are board-certified clinicians with published experience in bariatric and metabolic medicine. Their name, credentials, and specialty are shown on every page they review.

What is reviewed

  • Factual accuracy against current guidelines and peer-reviewed sources
  • Neutral, non-promotional tone
  • Absence of guaranteed-outcome or superiority claims
  • Presence of appropriate disclaimers

Cadence

Educational content is scheduled for re-review at least annually, and sooner when new guidelines or major randomized trials are published.

Substantive corrections are noted on the affected page. Editorial contact information is on our contact page.
