Testimonials policy
Every patient story we publish has explicit, written, revocable consent. If no consented stories are available, we say so.
Consent standard
- Written consent specifically for the intended use (site, print, or both)
- Separate consent for any photograph or before/after image
- Consent to attribution (name, city, or anonymous)
- Statement that participation is voluntary and does not affect care
- Explicit right to withdraw consent at any time, with the story removed promptly
What we will not do
- Fabricate, embellish, or paraphrase testimonials
- Publish "results" without individual context
- Retain testimonials after a patient has withdrawn consent
Results vary
Individual outcomes vary. Any patient story reflects one person's experience and is not a promise of what any other patient will experience.
